With CES, you receive consultation, recruitment, and hiring assistance at NO CHARGE. As an Employment Ontario program, services are fully funded by the provincial government and delivered locally. Confidentiality is assured. Tell us your hiring plans and we can start recruiting right away. We will pre-screen and refer candidates that meet your requirements. You interview them and you choose. The final decision is always yours.

CES can also help employers by providing support for continued training of your workforce. We can help you to access provincial rebates, develop a training plan and provide on-site monitors during the training period when you access a wage subsidy program.

Be advised that your submissions will not be added immediately. Entries will be added to the Job Board, once they have been approved by our employer services representative who will be in touch with you.
